This website is operated by Smart T’s Purley Way . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Smart T’s Purley Way. Smart T’s Purley Way offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

All deliveries from Smart T’s Purley Way to the customer are carried out based on the general terms and conditions given below. These underlie all offers and agreements between Smart T’s Purley Way and the customer and are accepted for the duration of the whole business relationship. Opposing or deviating conditions of the buyer are only binding if Smart T’s Purley Way has agreed to them in writing.

Smart T’s Purley Way is responsible for the articles and motifs offered in a ‘’Smart T’s Purley Way website ‘’ as well as the overall design of the shop.

The “offers” contained on the website represent a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order with Smart T’s Purley Way.

By filling in and sending off the order form on the Internet, the Customer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract of purchase and/or a contract for work and materials. Before finally sending off the order form, the customer has the opportunity to check that his/her details are right and if necessary to correct them .

Then Smart T’s Purley Way sends an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer and examines the offer regarding its legal and effective feasibility, in particular any possible infringement upon trademark rights of third parties. The order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer but shall only acknowledge to the customer that their order was received by Smart T’s Purley Way.

The contract only materialises when Smart T’s Purley Way dispatches the product ordered to the Customer and confirms the dispatch to the customer with a second e-mail (“Shipping Confirmation”).

Smart T’s Purley Way as platform provider cannot pre-examine all print designs created by customers or shop owners for possible breaches. Smart T’s Purley Way reserves the right to reject received orders within the legal period of acceptance if, during the ordering process, it becomes known or it is suspected that third-party rights or statutory regulations will be violated by a print design.

Up to the payment of any monies owed to Smart T’s Purley Way the goods remain the property of Smart T’s Purley Way . Smart T’s Purley Way remains owner of all delivery items up to the receipt of all payment due resulting from the business relationship.

The customer is obliged to handle the product with care up to the transfer of ownership.

Information, figures, technical data, specifications of weight, measurements and services, which are contained in catalogues, ads or price lists only are of an informational nature. No responsibility is accepted by Smart T’s Purley Way for the correctness of this information. Regarding type and scope of delivery only the information shall be decisive which is contained in the order confirmation.

As far as there is a defect in the goods which falls under warranty, the customer shall be entitled in the context of statutory regulations to demand supplementary performance, withdraw from the contract or a reduction in purchase price.

In the case of return shipments due to defects Smart T’s Purley Way will also pay for the cost of postage.

The conclusion of the contract shall depend on punctual and correct supply of the goods to Smart T’s purley Way . This proviso shall not apply in the event of short-term disruption to deliveries or if Smart T’s Purley way can be held responsible for non-delivery, in particular if Smart T’s Purley Way fails to make a congruent hedging transaction in good time. The Customer will be informed immediately that the service is not available. If Customer has already paid for the goods, this money will be reimbursed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate. However, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Delivery / Shipment

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. If your order is more than 20 items we would recommend contacting us for an estimate on lead times. Whilst we hold plenty of stock, we may need to order more in, or clarify any design queries which in turn may add to the lead time.

We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.

A charge will be made to cover postage and packaging on all orders sent to single UK mainland, Wales & Scotland addresses. The delivery charge is not included in the product prices shown.

We send the goods that you have ordered through UPS, Royal Mail, DHL or TNT. The place of delivery is deemed to be the shipping/delivery address that you provide in your order.

UK Delivery Cost – Available to main land England, Wales & Scotland

Delivery costs are £4.99 for orders under £39. Orders over £39 is free

How do I use the Click & Collect service?

Only single or few products item orders are available for Click & Collect from store within the hour or two, larger orders may take longer. This service is only available during office hours and any design that would need set-up may take up to 24hrs.

Simply place your order online and at check out choose the ‘Click & Collect’ option. Follow the on line instructions to make payment or you can pay in store.

If you have provided us with your mobile number, a text message when your order is ready in store, to let you know it is available for collection. Your order will remain in store for collection for 14 days. If you are unable to collect it within that time please call us on 0751 333 5706 or send as a email sales@smartpurleyway.co.uk

Someone else can collect your order on your behalf, but to prevent fraud the person you’ve nominated must bring along your order acknowledgement email, your ID and photographic ID belonging to them.

When you arrive in store, please follow the signs directing you to the ‘Click & Collect’ desk, where we’ll process your collection. The desk is open between 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday or 11am – 3pm Saturday .

The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell, so please check individual product pages when you place an order.

Cancellation and Return Policy

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty of miss-described.

All orders can be cancelled up until the artwork is approved for production. At this point we can provide a refund for the order should you wish.

Once your artwork is approved for production, no further changes can be made to the order, meaning we will be unable to cancel or amend artwork or product specifications. This is a strict policy due to our automated production process, as orders are accepted into our production run immediately.

All of our products come personalised to our customers’ specification. As a result of which we are unable to accept returns.

Returns Process

For orders delivered to a UK address, if you want to return any faulty products in line with our Return Policy, please contact us at sales@smartpurleyway.co.uk

We will re-imburse the amount you paid for your purchase with us to your account within 30 days.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place on our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website.
